It wasn’t until Kim started training me that I realized what a good workout was. She guides me on nutrition and always pushes me to work harder. A simple exercise becomes much more effective (and more difficult) when she teaches you the correct technique. The result of her personal training has been an increase in my strength and conditioning and I leave her gym feeling worked, but also accomplished. I feel better than I have in a long time.
