I am soon to be 87 year old woman with a passion for hiking (and biking)and with a troublesome knee but able to maintain the life style I want by staying consistent with my strength training. I give all the credit to Kim Saari for keeping me going. She challenges me and pushes me a bit further each time to achieve more than I ever thought possible. And through
it all, I enjoy her sharing of knowledge, nutrition, demonstrations, fitness assessments and her wonderful positive attitude that keeps it fun. I always feel better after my sessions than when I walked in.
